I have purchased around 30 automobiles over the past years and have always been given the above service. If you are in the market for a new / or pre-owned auto if you don't go to Dorsch Ford then shame on you because then, you will never experience the service that every person gets walking through the doors of Dorsch Ford Kia. From the 1st day we arrived I knew this was the dealership to keep coming back too. We don't have the best credit so we were pretty nervous to even stop by but we had to give them a shot. I am so happy that we did because they worked with our bad credit and turned it into a positive! We started out at the very bottom and worked our way up to the top. We couldn't have done it without this dealership! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who I cross paths with. Tom Besaw is the most generous salesperson I have ever met and he has been along for the ride since we stepped foot into this dealership years ago. He never gave up on us and helped us see the light at the end of the tunnel. He really got to know us and cared about us! My last visit there was Saturday December 6th 2014. Tom worked with me for hours along with Cody Graf, Mike Dorsch and I'm sure numerous other's to help me get into my NEW 2015 Ford Escape. (Which is now called Magic Mike) I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who made this possible and helping my family get to where we are. Everyone is so kind and they really make you feel welcome & important there. I can't forget about Kao Moua who took the time to teach me all I need to know about my vehicle and made the experience super fun. I am so blessed to have met all of you and will continue coming to see this dealership no matter where I am located! More

Chad took the time to show me all the features on my new 2015 Kia Sorento. Very kind and helpful. Cody explained everything thoroughly from a financing perspective. He answered all my questions with kindness and patience. More

The best Lincoln dealer ever! I just purchased a new 2014 Lincoln MKZ. I traded in my 2003 Lincoln Town Car, which I had for 10 years and just loved it. I was always serviced her I just purchased a new 2014 Lincoln MKZ. I traded in my 2003 Lincoln Town Car, which I had for 10 years and just loved it. I was always serviced here, and John was always my go-to service adviser. He was always like a personal friend, and still is! He took the time to answer alot of my mechanical questions under the hood of the new car, and always serviced my old car like it was his own. I was always given a loaner when the service work was going to be an extended period of time. It was always washed and looked like new when I picked it up. When I bought the new car, there was NEVER any high pressure sales people on me, which I love. If I was looking at cars alone, someone always came up and asked me if I was being helped and if I had any questions. I'm sure I will have more questions, but everything was explained to me and I was told that if I had any more questions, to just call or stop in. I do live out of town 40 miles away. I thought I was going to be unhappy when Lincoln discontinued the Town Car, but this MKZ is a luxurious, engineering marvel!. I would recommend this model to anyone, and most definitely to buy it from Dorsch Ford, Kia, & Lincoln in Green Bay. I realize that I have only had the car a couple of days, but It is twice the car that I thought it would be from the performance, handling, quiet,smooth ride, and the beauty lines of the car. When I took my older Town Car in for repair, I never thought in a million years that I would walk out with a new car a week later! This was only the second time that purchasing a car was actually a something fun to do, not like usually going to a dentist! I will always use this dealer, even though he is 45 miles away, because the people are so nice and sincere to deal with. They bent over backwards to get the price that I want, even though it could have always been lower for anyone. You won't regret a visit for service, or just to look at what's new! More
