Very Satisfied! My husband and I drove to Green Bay because we saw the SUV we bought online! Eric was so knowledgeable of the car we were test driving. Went over all the great thing about the car before I drove it. He was very honest. He gave us all the paperwork about the car from the previous ower had done to make sure it was well kept up. He was very knowledgeable about the warranty which was a huge plus for us. He constantly made sure we were comfortable and often asked if we had questions and made sure we understood everything. We came back the next day to purchase the car. We came a little earlier than planned to meet with Cody to get all the paperwork done. We did have to wait a few minutes but made sure we were comfortable and had our car get the oil change and detailed while we waited and met with Cody. Cody was very helpful, knowledge and quick to get all the painful paperwork done. Eric again went over all the fun gadgets in our car before we left. He gave us his phone number when we left to call if we had any questions or concerns down the road. He was so personable and enthuistic. We were really happy with our experience at Dorsch Ford!! More

Jim helped us out with some questions about leasing, and Cody made sure the financing went smoothly. Everyone made their part of the experience as positive as they could. The experience could have been improved however, by shortening the amount of time that a customer must sit waiting for pricing and financing. This is true of most car dealers, but it is a very irritating aspect of the experience and Dorsch Ford Kia would do well to buck the trend. More
