They were incredibly attentive and helpful, not leaving me waiting at all! At the end of my visit, there was no pressure to buy a car that day. They even told me how frequently cars came in and what their stock looked like so I could wait it out if I preferred. Ultimately, I came back a few days later to get the car I wanted, but I really appreciated their patience and how willing they were to share information with me throughout the process. More

I was tre I recently purchased a 2020 MX5 RF and dealt with Anthony, Cody and Jason. This was the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had! I was treated in a super friendly, low pressure manner, it truly felt like I was dealing with friends and not strangers. I drove over 200 miles one way to purchase my car from Flood Mazda and the total mileage from start to finish with this purchase (800 miles) was well worth it. Obviously specific inventory led me to Flood Mazda but once here the way I was treated was a HUGE bonus. The car I purchased was a bit of a 'unicorn' and that fact could have driven the price up, but to their credit the 'guys' at Flood Mazda offered a fair purchase price. My only regret now is that it will be too far to have my new MX5 serviced at Flood Mazda. If their service department is only half as responsive, professional and responsive as their sales department there is no way anyone could go wrong with purchasing from Flood Mazda! Thanks again, time to 'drop the top' and go for a ride! More

It so happened that I really got to like a used Mazda on Flood Mazda's lot. From the start, I had nothing but a very pleasant experience of working with Nick, who guided me through the whole deal. I had full access to the car, test drove it, and enjoyed it immensely. Nick was very approachable, super informative, and patient while Cody was swift with all the painful paperwork that he made painless. The search for a new car was draining to me, but with Nick's input, I didn't have to pull my hair out :) And most importantly, the car is a gem! This Mazda's a keeper and found a new, great home. Needless to say, I totally recommend that place. More
