The car was repaired by mid-morning the next day, so I Ubered over to retrieve. So far, so good! My Service Rep, Cody, was tied up with another customer, so I waited outside his glass office. I texted him that I was there to pick up my car. I doubt that he saw my text before he was picked up for lunch and was gone. I approached the receptionist, who was very helpful and tried to find someone else to assist me. She found a young lady 2 offices down who was very pleasant and gave me my paperwork. She left to get the car. Not sure what happened then, but it was probably another 6-8 minutes of nothing. The helpful receptionist saw me standing there and was apologetic as she tried again to help me . It was then that two reps in the adjacent office jumped in at the receptionist’s request. Pretty soon, they, too, disappeared. But they came back soon, with Cody, the 2 doors down rep, and the guy who retrieves the cars. After probably 30 minutes I finally got wheels again. Typically the service is very quick but in the meantime, I enjoy their snacks and Starbucks coffe! More

Impromptu service I stopped by on a Saturday to see if they had availability to perform routine service. They did. My brake pads were at the minimum so also replaced those. They resurfaced the rotors as well which is recommended when replacing pads. The service personnel was very pleasant. The waiting area was very inviting and staff were overall very pleasant. Very customer friendly and great ambience while you waited with the various complimentary amenities such as Starbucks coffee/hot cocoa machine, water, sodas, snacks, etc. The complimentary car wash and vacuum was a pleasant surprise as well as. not many dealers do these services anymore. Overall, I had zero expectations and was very satisfied with my visit to the service center. More

Turbochargers shouldn’t need to be replace for a faulty vacuum motor which just happens to be a non saleable part. Turbocharger plus labor $5,700. More

Dealer discovered I had not changed my transmission fluid at r My 2014 Acura RDX was still under drivetrain warranty. I was having shift point issues. Dealer discovered I had not changed my transmission fluid at recommended interval. I explained that owners manual was not clear as to when to change fluid. Dealer agreed to change fluid and adjust shift points under warranty. I was very pleased with this outcome and would recommend Jackson Acura. More
