I had a good experience with the salesman. However, the finance manager pulled a bait and switch. I clearly stated that I would use the credit union to finance my purchase if Mohawk Honda didn However, the finance manager pulled a bait and switch. I clearly stated that I would use the credit union to finance my purchase if Mohawk Honda didn’t match the interest rate. The finance manager stated that it was doable. When we picked up the car, a higher rate was applied and the finance manager failed to disclose that fact. I have lost trust in Mohawk Honda and would not do business with them again. I’m very disappointed. More
