Colonial Mazda was the first and only dealership I needed to go to, as Cody, being a rather like-able individual, lucidly detailed why the Mazda 3 was the right car for me. If anyone is looking for more than a mere business transaction when purchasing a vehicle, I particularly recommend Colonial Mazda, and especially Cody Stone for a personable, enthusiastic, and sincere individual to deal with. Amazing Experience From A Great Team! I had been doing A TON of research on the Mazda CX5 and was finally ready to check out in person. I visited Colonial Mazda on a weekend and Cody was g I had been doing A TON of research on the Mazda CX5 and was finally ready to check out in person. I visited Colonial Mazda on a weekend and Cody was great right off the bat- listened to my background and what I was looking for and what research I had already done. As we looked at the new and used models I was interested in, he did a great job a recognizing the research I had already done and directed our discussions to features I hadn't seen or experienced online. He also did a fantastic job keeping up the dialogue as my daughter ran from car to car and fussed. Not an easy feat! My husband went back to check out the cars a few days later and Cody was great about giving him the info we had discussed in my visit and keeping us all on the same page through different test drives. We were finally ready to purchase and that is when we hit a few snags. I say this because it was actually these snags that really showed me what an amazing team Cody and Fred are! We had JUST moved a week prior so I had literally nothing that had my new address on it. My credit was solid but my residency (4 moves in 2 years!) took literally all day to resolve with the bank. Add in the fact that the title on my trade in was in my maiden name and it really threw some kinks into the financial process! Cody and Fred worked together seamlessly to ensure they helped me exhaust every option to try to make this happen without waiting another week for my new address to be processed. They were never impatient or annoyed, they were in fact apologetic (when it was in no way their fault!) about how long the process was taking! They spent almost the entire day with me making this deal happen and getting the financing and title issues resolved. Throughout this process, they never once made me feel like I was a burden or taking away from everything else they had going on. From a financial standpoint, Fred was AWESOME and again, listened to the research and knowledge I already had about the financing options he was presenting me with and tailored conversation accordingly. It was a discussion, not a sales pitch and I truly appreciated his approach. My husband is in sales (boats) and I have been in client service/marketing for 9+ years. We both agreed from a sales and customer service perspective, this team got a A+! I would without hesitation, send anyone to them and promise a great experience. They listen, they know what they're talking about, and you definitely feel like they have your best interests in mind, not just a commission. My last point- I traded in a BMW 328xi for the CX5 and the service I got throughout this process was head and shoulders above the service I had gotten over the years from BMW Ridgefield! Thank you again Cody and Fred!! I am LOVING my Mazda CX5! More

Great experience from Cody Stone and colleagues Cody was very helpful, friendly and pleasant from start to finish. He answered all my questions and my brothers about the CX-5. They didn't have the exact CX-5 that I wanted but they found one quickly. He and the dealership accommodated my schedule and my brothers when picking up the CX-5. Even though the finance manager was off on the day we wanted to pick up the vehicle they got it done and even quickly rectified an error in the paperwork that we picked up on. Cody is professional as well as funny. I like that he has touched base with me since getting the CX-5 to see how things were going, if I had any further questions and how I liked the CX-5. Great vehicle by the way! Thank you for such a quick and easy experience. Also thanks to the gentleman that took over for the finance manager. I would highly recommend Colonial Mazda as well as Cody Stone. Again great job! More

Excellent buying experience, top notch dealer. Heather Ramos, Ken Hicks, and the rest of the Mazda sales team were very helpful in making this process as pleasant as possible. Fred Cook, the mystery man behind the customer loyalty registration request and business manager, was very helpful and answered all of my financing and warranty questions and was thankful for his attention to details. Unlike other dealers, I found the whole team to be honest and upfront. Thank-you to Adam Dean & Cody Stone for the test drive and the ability to test out some of the safety features in the vehicle while on the road was well worth it. I really enjoyed having the Nav system direct me to my home address when I turned out of your lot. Ken had programmed it as part of going over the systems at delivery but I had forgot it was set to go there until it started speaking to me. Only issue I had which was understandable was that they couldn't come down on the pricing for the 2016 Mazda CX-5 as they are the newest and most popular product they have. More

2015 Mazda3 Grand Touring I was very nervous about getting a new car. I usually don't trust anyone that has anything to do with the car industry but I took a chance because I h I was very nervous about getting a new car. I usually don't trust anyone that has anything to do with the car industry but I took a chance because I had heard through a friend that the guys at Mazda were great. It was a long process because I wanted the perfect car for a great price but the salesmen were extremely patient and over a period of a few days I finally got EXACTLY what I wanted without feeling screwed over. I worked closely with Cody Stone but because I was such a demanding customer, I worked with a few other salesman and a manager. All were willing to help me and very supportive. I've heard only good things about Colonial Mazda and came to find that they were all true. Kudos to the Danbury team. I am in love with my new car!! More
