I was able to find a car that suited my wants and needs without any feeling of force from the sales people. My direct salesperson was Cody Stone. He was there to help throughout the entire process, extremely respectful and easy to work with. I had opportunities to get the car from other dealers, however I felt that the service alone at this dealership deserved my purchase. For anyone looking to jump into the Mazda family, I highly recommend going to Colonial Mazda in Danbury. More

Service + I was searching for a car for my daughter, who lives in N.Y. I live in Ma. and came upon what seemed like the perfect car, but it was in CT. I drove I was searching for a car for my daughter, who lives in N.Y. I live in Ma. and came upon what seemed like the perfect car, but it was in CT. I drove 1 hr, 45 minutes to this dealership, a bit wary at first, because of the drive and all the problems 'out of state' purchases can cause, only to meet up with Cody, Dave & Fred. Cody was our salesperson. He had a total understanding of the car, and was able to explain to us all the details of the car, including maintenance as well as how to use all the bells & whistles that the car came with. He explained the warranty, the history and the value of the car and never once made it seem like he was annoyed with my multitude of questions. He then took the next step, without my asking, that put this dealership and sales team over the top for me. He DELIVERED the car to NY, they got the out of state registration, title, plates together, worked out a time for delivery, then they sat for 20 minutes on a 3 way conversation with the insurance company. I did in one day, what usually takes 3 - 4 days, especially if you're out of state. I wholeheartedly, recommend Cody and the sales team of Fred & Dave at Colonial to anyone who is out of state as well as in state, for service, integrity and top notch cars!! Thank you guys! We went in looking for a potential lease, and had a great experience with Cody, who spent quite a bit of time with us talking through the options. He knew everything about the cars, and helped guide us where we wanted to go. The test drive was particularly impressive, as it was a long ride (longer than any I'd done before), and we really got a good sense of the Mazda driving experience. I would recommend Cody 100% - he is friendly, patient, and has an amazing can-do attitude. We are thrilled with our new car, and are glad to have been helped so thoroughly by Cody. More

Honest people and not pushy at all. I worked with Cody Stone for a few weeks to find the CX5 I was looking for. Wife and I were in the process of purchasing a new house when my previous I worked with Cody Stone for a few weeks to find the CX5 I was looking for. Wife and I were in the process of purchasing a new house when my previous suv was needing to be replaced. Cody worked with us and was understanding when we said we don't like pushy salesmen. He let us work at our pace and helped us when we requested. It is rare to find a salesman who doesn't call every hour asking if you're ready to buy. He did however follow up with us when he would find a vehicle matching what we wanted. Once we settled on our house, we called him up and the dealer let us out a deposit on the vehicle for a few days while we gathered all of the info for purchasing. All in all, great experience and no complaints. More
