I purchased a 2024 4-runner from Fred Anderson Chevrolet in June, 2025. I purchased a Car Care Service Plan that is only honored at a Fred Anderson Toyota dealership. Over the past 3 days I have attempted in June, 2025. I purchased a Car Care Service Plan that is only honored at a Fred Anderson Toyota dealership. Over the past 3 days I have attempted to reach the finance department to cancel this as I am moving to Idaho and there is no Fred Anderson Toyota there. I even called the Warranty Service that services this contract. She said I needed to call the selling dealership and speak to finance. I am so frustrated with this company. I warn you, do not buy from them as that is the last time you will talk to a person. I highly recommend you find a reputable dealership that values their customers. Fred Anderson Chevrolet is not that dealership. More

JB was knowledgeable and patient while I inquired about half the cars on the lot and when I made up my mind he was happy for me without attempting to up sale in anyway. The staff was professional, friendly, honest, and helpful. Cody listened to exactly what we wanted and needed, he didn't push us into what we didn't want but helped us find the perfect truck.
