Stellar Experience - 100% Satisfied!!!! In February, I began my search for a new safe and reliable vehicle. I walked in to Herb Chambers and was approached by Colby Ferreira. She was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable! Colby took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and show me cars that would match my needs. At no point during my experience did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Colby realized that I needed more time to make a decision and encouraged me to take my time while providing me with ample information to review. When I did return to make a purchase, I brought my father with me. Colby even came in on her day off to assist me. During our time there, my father became overheated and the staff was amazing getting him cold bottled water and checking in with us to ensure his good health. I was truly impressed with the genuine concern from Colby Ferreira. On the day I arrived to pick up my new car, Colby again came in on a non scheduled day to assist me! Her dedication to customers is outstanding!!!! She even took extra time with me to ensure I felt comfortable with all the electronic features in my vehicle and helped me program certain items. In my opinion, this went above and beyond customer service. Through our interactions, Colby learned that I have a son with special needs. She made sure I had items programmed into my car for his safety! Finally, on the day I returned for the inspection, Colby took care of everything and took the time to inquire about my father and son. We have gone to countless dealers, had some terrible experiences, some good, but mostly mediocre. My husband did research about a particular car, which Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk had two. We were there just a few minutes when approached by the lovely Colby Ferreira. She provided world class service throughout our time with her, was relatable on a personal and professional level and overall did a phenomenal job getting me in the car I had desired for such a long time, able to drive off the lot that very day! I grabbed extra business cards to give to all of my friends/family/colleagues. After this experience I will never go anywhere else!! More
