As we all know the car buying process is super stressful but trust me when I say Colby m I am fresh out of college and I really needed a reliable car. As we all know the car buying process is super stressful but trust me when I say Colby made it the greatest experience ever! She was extremely friendly and she really cared and understood my situation. She asked me what cars I was interested in and I told her.. 5 mins later she pulls up in one for a test drive! No waiting, no issues. As I was test driving we were discussing things about the car,and she was very informative, and helpful with getting me to understand some of the features, and I also brought up pricing and there was no beating around the bush, she didn't hesitate at all to any of our questions, she was extremely honest and gave great advice. I got an amazing deal on an amazing car and I could not be happier! The paper work was very easy thanks to Bill and everything went very smoothly. He explained everything in great detail that was really easy for me to understand and he answered all of my questions. Thanks Bill! Thank you so much Colby. Starting from first time communication to test drive and car delivery, everything was very smooth. Colby was really nice. Though she was off from work the day I took the delivery of my vehicle, she responded to all my questions promptly. Overall it was a completely stress free and easy dealing. I am impressed with the kind of dedication to work from staff at this dealership. Also, a quick mention about Emilio, who stayed back till 10:30 PM (dealership closes at 9:00 PM) and ensured that all paper work get done the same day. Overall, a nice experience buying car from this dealership. More

Roger immediately put me with Ms Colby Ferreria , Colby went beyond my expectations, she showed such concern and is full of knowledge of her profession, she insisted that we try numerous cars to make all the comparisons so that I would be completely comfortable and satisfied, she never made me feel rushed in anyway.
