My salesperson, Colby was personable and very helpful, she even held my 4 month old Granddaughter while I signed papers. We felt like family at Herb Chambers. New Camry! Excellent service! Colby went above and beyond my expectations when she found me a new Camry. I went down to herb chambers after looking pick up a Ho Excellent service! Colby went above and beyond my expectations when she found me a new Camry. I went down to herb chambers after looking pick up a Honda I found on their competitor's website only to learn that their competitor could not sell the vehicle due to a recall in the airbag. Colby was nothing less than stellar walking me through the nearly mind boggling rows of vehicles to narrow it town to a couple choices. After a quick test drive and a few back and forth with myself she seamlessly sealed the deal and had me on my way in a brand new (for me) Toyota Camry! I look forward to the day my car gets passed on to my daughter and I can come back to see Colby and get a brand new car!! More

Did not have a very good experience, had some issues with the car (which was a certified used Civic). Had some issues with my original salesman and my first few interactions with service. I reached out to Honda about my concerns and frustrations via this page and was reached out to within the hour but one of the managers, Jose. They had my car in service at a time that was most convenient for me, I had the director of Service looking over my car. I was put in a loaner vehicle and was in and out. Still wasn't satisfied with my car once I got it back and was given the option to exchange the vehicle hassle-free which I utilized. Colby was my salesperson for the exchange. I'd recommend her to anyone. She was fantastic. Really patient, personable and knowledgeable. Between her, Jose and Thomas I really felt like I was a priority and was being taken care of. I was pretty nervous and she really was SO patient and empathic with me. Never once did I feel pressured or stressed out with her, which was my main problem with the first experience. She was great. (I even left something in my old car and she took it and personally is holding it at her desk until I can get there and get it... she could have just left there because it wasn't her problem... really shows that she cares) They got me in a different car, and while I had to put money down because I picked something a little more expensive, the process was relatively easy. Financing specialist was funny and really informative. When I left the first time I swore I would never go back, however, after this experience, I'm much more open to the idea of getting my next Honda at Herb Chambers. The second experience made me feel like a priority, like I was being taken seriously and my needs were important. My advice: if the salesperson you're working with isn't working for you... don't be afraid to speak up and ask for someone else... it made a world of difference for me. Highly positive experience purchasing a new car. Though I had been planning on purchasing a 2015 Civic and had made preliminary inquiries before leaving for vacation, trouble with my 2002 Civic mad Though I had been planning on purchasing a 2015 Civic and had made preliminary inquiries before leaving for vacation, trouble with my 2002 Civic made it essential that I purchase a new car as soon as possible. Both Colby (from sales) and Tim (from service) made it possible for me to get a new vehicle the day after I returned from vacation. I want to commend them both, but especially Colby, the young woman who sold me the car. She was friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. She was especially good at explaining the technological updates of the 2015, so very different from my older model. I felt the purchase price was fair and reasonable and no different from what it would have been if I had made the purchase a week later, as I had originally planned. I usually find purchasing a new car stressful - this would be my third Civic – but Colby made the experience pleasant and even enjoyable. I am very grateful to her and especially pleased to see a young woman doing well in what I consider a male dominated field. She is good at what she does, a "keeper" as I told the sales manager. More

Colby has a great knowledge of the Honda products and most importantly how to treat people. She is a person of her word and does not waste your time. When she was able to answer all my questions and carry though on every word she said... I knew she was a great person to put my trust in. Buying my new 2015 CRV was a great experience and would surely recommend dealing with Colby when buying your next car.... Great Job Colby!!!!! More

Car has been in the shop non-stop since purchase I purchased a 2012 Acura TSX SE from Herb Chambers of Seekonk with relatively low miles for the year. My first mistake may have been observing and buy I purchased a 2012 Acura TSX SE from Herb Chambers of Seekonk with relatively low miles for the year. My first mistake may have been observing and buying the car at night, but I work late and that time was my only opportunity. Since my purchase, only a few months ago, the car has gone in for: Roof repairs, audio repairs, wheel repairs, seat repairs, paint repairs, underbody repairs, additional damage and observations that went untracked by carfax reports, and I just found out today that I need to have my transmission replaced - which is being done this upcoming week. I also have to replace my windshield because there is a two-foot crack streaming across my line of vision. This damage I now believe to have existed before my purchase, but again went unnoticed until the crack could not be ignored and it was too late. When I called about this situation my call was answered by a manager who basically told me it wasn't their problem and abruptly hung up on me. The cost of a new windshield (for those interested): ~$1100 not including install (factory) ~$400 including install (aftermarket) I've put quite a few miles on this car just having to drive it back and forth to the dealership and external shops. For a car that is only 3 years old it sure has had a lot of problems. I usually buy cars off of craigslist and have had better luck with those. For a purchase of this weight and sentimentality, you would hope that the car would stay original for a good portion of at least the length of the loan, but I'm now having to replace a good majority of items I never anticipated would become faulty or break within the first year of owning the car. You'd think with buying a "certified pre-owned" vehicle you'd at least have a year or two without having to visit the shop, but with this car it has not been the case. At this point, I am concerned with what else may go wrong, and this is unfortunate, as I've always wanted to own my Acura TSX. Don't get me wrong. I love this vehicle, which is why I'm doing my best to keep up with the maintenance. But it's coming to the point where I'm regretting my purchase, as I would have happily bought new for the same price I'm paying for this one. I wasn’t going to write either a bad or a good review, but after getting the news about my car today I thought it might help someone else when making a decision to buy a car from Herb Chambers. I don't think I'll be buying another vehicle from Herb Chambers or recommending their dealerships to anyone who may ask. ____________________________________________________________________________ As a side note, I'd like to mention that Colby Ferreira did an excellent job with the handling of the purchase of my vehicle. She remained professional throughout the exchange, and did her best to get me the lowest and most practical rate. So for that, I thank Colby for her service. More

Now, it was a hard day to begin with as I knew I would be trading in my convertible, and first dream car, for a family car. But, Sam G. was so helpful. He helped us look at other cars, and sat with us for hours as my husband worked on the deal. The sales team helped us work on getting the best deal and taking our trade in for the maximum it could, without making us feel pressured or like we were wasting time. I waited to put up my review until now, because we didn't pick up our new car until yesterday, but it was great. Sam wasn't even working but had another sales member (Colby) meet us, get our paper work done and show us how to work the new car. Everyone here was nice, patient and very friendly. No hard pressure sales for us. They made us feel welcome and understood the reason for our purchase and requirements (i.e. leather seats bc of dog hair!). I also want to mention how easy finance was to deal with, no pushy back end sales tactics, just good information. Thanks again to everyone! More
