This is the second vehicle we purchased from this dealership. Our sales person this time was Colby. Dmitry worked with from start to end. I had a bit of an issue with a different staff member and Dmitry was right there addressing the issue, for which I was grateful 🙏🏻. This week after seeing a light on the dash, we decided it was time for an upgrade in vehicles so we made our way Friday to Herb Chambers to check out what they had in stock. As we pulled in we saw My husbands dream car, in his favorite color. As reasonable adults you never think that kind of thing works out. In comes Jack Regan, just the most friendly person. He is very genuine on his approach. Car shopping ALWAYS feels like a headache. We weren't expecting any miracles. Jack did a lot of running around. Showing us cheaper options, lease options, he could tell that we really wanted this dream car to work out. Between him and Alex Montes we are now driving a smaller option for me, and my husbands dream car comes home with us next week. Your sales team didn't know that my family really needed this win. They worked tirelessly on offers, trade in values, etc. He's already looking for accessories for his new vehicle, and planning trips with the top down. I had gone to multiple Toyota dealerships looking for a specifi recommend sales rep Colby Carlson at the Auburn location for Herb Chambers of Toyota! I had gone to multiple Toyota dealerships looking for a specific year/make/model with certain packages and specific color of a vehicle and Colby was a pleasure to deal with and was able to get the vehicle in stock quickly. For the specific car I was looking for every other dealership did not have any in stock for at least 2+ months and Colby was able to locate the vehicle I wanted and get it delivered to his dealership within 2 weeks, which was also a relief considering I’m 9 months pregnant and wanted to make sure I had the SUV I wanted before delivery. When going to other dealerships in search of my desired vehicle I found the car buying process stressful and the sales reps to be smothering, so when I finally met Colby it was a relief to find someone who actually worked for me and got me what I wanted without feeling pressured or trying to persuade me to purchase something I was not interested in. I can definitely say that dealing with Colby really made the car purchasing process enjoyable and cannot thank him enough for his service. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle when test driving and able to answer any questions we had which was nice to have someone know what they’re talking about when spending a large sum of money. The other representatives I had dealt with at the dealership were also great. TJ one of the managers was able to extend my bumper to bumper warranty for longer amount of time/cheaper price and also was great to work with when reviewing additional packages they offer. I have to say my overall experience was great. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend Colby Carlson to assist you as he will get you what you want and make the process seamless.
