The dealership overall is great. The service department was not good for our last service. My husband waited in the lobby for almost 5 hours for my car with two small children. He ev The service department was not good for our last service. My husband waited in the lobby for almost 5 hours for my car with two small children. He even asked how long it would take so he could make arrangements if needed. He did not receive an answer for the time frame. We were told we needed to come Tuesday because the service person we had worked with last week was not going to be there on Monday the 27th. That person didn’t even end up helping us during our appointment. A very disappointing experience due to the time frame and the service department not being transparent with how long the service would take. My daughter had to miss school because they couldn’t give us an answer. We live in Fernley so we can’t easily just go back home. The service department gets 1 star because they got my tires in very quickly. More

I asked my wife to handle the appointment for me since I was busy and there was some confusion upon arrival about whether it was billable for me. The service associate immediately said he would look into it was busy and there was some confusion upon arrival about whether it was billable for me. The service associate immediately said he would look into it, and he took ownership of the problem and swiftly solved the problem while the key was being programmed.
