Brent Brown Toyota had a lot of options, both new and pre-owned. The car lot was very organized and easy to look around. We found a different one that had so much more than what he was even looking for that it ended up being called a Unicorn being that it was 7 years old with 45K miles on it. Max was super patient and friendly with us both. All of the other sales consultants were welcoming and would stop and say hi and talked with my brother, making him feel comfortable with his first car buying experience. Max was very knowledgeable and explained things simply. Overall, it was just a great experience and I recommend anyone to go and see Max Veas! The only thing that I would change is I should have been on half the deal since I rode with my brother to the dealership and sat with him throughout the whole process. More

Lots of good attention! First phone contact with Rylee was great- she referred me to Brock since she wasn’t going to be working the day I came. Brock was so professional and First phone contact with Rylee was great- she referred me to Brock since she wasn’t going to be working the day I came. Brock was so professional and sweet and helpful. He found the answers to all of my questions. I am not an easy sell so after a few sales people and a floor manager or two I was able to negotiate a deal that worked for me. My only suggestion would be to offer some healthy snacks to buyers (for free) because a hard negotiation can take hours and when the blood sugar gets too low all bets are off and they are likely to lose sales. More

Didn't get the car Signed contract for car to be brought in from other dealer. Never heard back. Had to make many calls and no information available for 2 days. Then Signed contract for car to be brought in from other dealer. Never heard back. Had to make many calls and no information available for 2 days. Then told car we had on contract had been sold. Something was said about getting another car for us, but no follow through and our calls not returned. We will seek our new Toyota elsewhere. More
