I scheduled an appointment for the recall and was assisted by Cole Craven. He explained to me exactly what would be done and then walked me thru the required maintenance that was due which was added assisted by Cole Craven. He also informed me that there would be a two and one half to three hour wait and offered me a loner car which I refused. my experience was good as usual and Cole is one of the good guys. More
