Cole is a good person and I appreciate that he agreed to repair my car. I bought the car just a month ago, and after driving it for about 4 hours, I started hearing a very loud and suffocating noise on the repair my car. He told me he would fix it, which I appreciated — no problem with that part. However, I was disappointed that I wasn’t provided with a temporary vehicle while mine was being repaired. I can’t wait until Saturday, and now I’m forced to drive a car that isn’t functioning properly. They told me there were no loaner vehicles available, but I believe they could have at least kept my car safe and found another solution. More
