HAD 9:00 APPOINTMENT. USED LOCK BOX THE NIGHT BEFORE. WENT TO PICK THE CAR UP AT 2:00 AND IT WAS' NT DONE!! WAS TOLD SINCE I USED LOCK BOX MY TIME DID NOT APPLY. RIDICULOUS OPERATION.
