cole had amazing service. however, he did offer to rotate my tires and didn’t say how much it would cost. Also a lot of the employees inside were asking their customers to however, he did offer to rotate my tires and didn’t say how much it would cost. Also a lot of the employees inside were asking their customers to give them 5 stars which seemed pushy. I feel like management should make their job ride on a survey, not healthy for your employees. Just hire kind people like Cole. I also hated that i dropped my car off at 8am and had to wait nearly 3 hours for an oil change… this is a 20 minute job at most, no excuse for one of your first cars to be done that slow. shame on you guys for offering “express service” and taking your customer’s time like that. More
