I’ve been a customer of a freehold Honda for at least 20 years purchasing vehicles and car servicing. This last car servicing appointment was quite surprising in they I waited three-3 hours for my car for a years purchasing vehicles and car servicing. This last car servicing appointment was quite surprising in they I waited three-3 hours for my car for a simple oil change, checking fluids and tire rotation. Upon arrival for my appointment at 10am I was told it would take about an hour, I finally received my car at 1pm!! Not once was I updated with the status, I had to inquire myself. Other customers kept coming and going and with conversations with them they were having the same service!? I was quite shocked with this last service wait and would not have expected it. I certain will think twice before returning. More
