Honestly, one of the best dealership experience I’ve had maybe ever. Had an unexpected “oh shi*” screw in the tire, husband was on an airplane so had to take our toddler. I was dreading it because of how long things typically take whenever you go to the dealer. Packed up things to feed us & stay occupied. We get there and from the second we pulled it it was a good experience! The manager helped get us setup with a movie & he noticed our little one was nervous so he brought her a stuffed animal. There was more than just the tire wrong & rather than us having to take a loaner home, they got it ALL done in less than 2 hours. We met a lovely lady waiting for her car also & it felt like we were only there 30 min. Seriously the best service ever! Thank you Norwood Volvo 🙌🏻 More
