Over the years we have bought about 6 cars from Dave at DeanTeam. Dave has been super patient with scattered demands of my imagined ‘perfect car’. The last car I bought, a Tiguan, Dave begged me to test dr DeanTeam. Dave has been super patient with scattered demands of my imagined ‘perfect car’. The last car I bought, a Tiguan, Dave begged me to test drive, but I was sure, it wasn’t for me! After months of searching, I gave in, I test drove the Tiguan… Ha!! Who knew, it was my ‘perfect car’? Dave did! I just texted him the other day, thanking him again, because I was joyously driving my Tiguan :) P.S. Service Dept. at DeanTeam is awesome too! More

When I found myself having to replace my beloved CRV, I contacted Dean Team Kirkwood. I found a Jetta I fell in love with and a salesperson that made the process pleasant. I was trying to buy the 2008 dodge 2500. I live in Louisiana so I asked them to send a buyers order on the truck to see what my bank would say or if I needed to pay cash. scott robert the sale manger Louisiana so I asked them to send a buyers order on the truck to see what my bank would say or if I needed to pay cash. scott robert the sale manger was very rude and would not send a buyers order without me putting down a credit card and a $1000 deposit. I told him I'm not putting money down on a truck I have not seen or test drove. He got upset and rude so I asked to speak to the GM COLIN. scott robert said it would do me no good because the GM would just say the same thing even went as far to say the owner BILL would not care if I was upset and to find somewhere else to buy a truck. Later scott robert called me back acting as if he was the GM and once I asked who i was talking to he would only say I'm the manger, but I could tell it was him. They missed out on a good sale simply because I would not put a 1000 bucks down on a truck I have not had a chance to see. They were very rude and I still have not heard from the GM or anyone from there. That goes to show they really dont care. More

They run a shady operation. They bought my leased vehicle from VW without consulting me or discussing my lease end options after I mentioned my wife had already bought a new car. I could've bought the car at from VW without consulting me or discussing my lease end options after I mentioned my wife had already bought a new car. Not sure if I would recommend this dealership-Brandy Peters Made a trade in in October of last year. the sales person I had a chance to work with was Brandy Peters. The experience was excellent until I found out (2 months after I've purchased my car) that instead of owing $7000 on my loan, I owed $9500. I called several times trying to have this fixed but all I got from Brandy was "not sure how that happened...Not sure I understand".Also, Brandy promised that she would work on getting an extra key as at the time of the purchase I only received one car key. After calling, e-mailing and texting Brandy on her cell phone several times, guess what, I never received the extra car key I was promised almost a year ago!!!! Ridiculous and just unbelievable. I also mentioned to Brandy that I would leave this review on company's web page but guess what, nothing ever happened. So shameless and so unprofessional. I got ripped of at this dealership where at the beginning I really thought that I had a great shopping experience. More

Excellent Experience A friend of mine gave me Colin Berndt's name who is the GM of the Kirkwood facility. After we spoke he left me in great hands with Tom Ebner (sales). A friend of mine gave me Colin Berndt's name who is the GM of the Kirkwood facility. After we spoke he left me in great hands with Tom Ebner (sales). I had two cars to trade and two cars to buy. The "deal" took maybe 15 minutes. The deal for the trade-in's and new car purchase (two cars) was more than fare (I got an exceptional deal). Tom and Colin were great to deal with and no last minute gotcha's. Met Bill Oyen in finance which took about 30 min due to two cars. Bill was very nice and made the process smooth and easy. The entire team was awesome and I will be a long time customer. Colin-Thanks for the state inspection on my personal car while I waited! Thanks again for the experience and the great deal! Great Buying Experience! I was referred to Dean Team by a friend and decided to give them a try. The customer service and follow up was exceptional. They had the car ready for me to test drive and didn't pressure me at all. Answered all my questions and let me make my own decision. This is the first car I've ever leased and Bill answered all my questions and walked me through the whole finance process. I have found my team and will certainly be buying future cars from them.
