As far back as I can remember I have always loved cars, so in 2001 when I was offered the opportunity to work for Mercedes Benz I gladly accepted the offer and have been working with them ever since. I first worked for Mercedes Benz in London England before moving t the USA in 2011, I have been fortunate enough to have visited the Mercedes Benz factory and seen first hand what goes into producing one of these exceptional automobiles. Purchased a pre-owned SUV and traded in a 2005 Mercedes We dealt with Colin in the trade-in of our 2005 Mercedes for a 2015 Toyota Highlander. Colin was terrific...as good as any sales rep I've ever dealt with, and I've purchased at least 3 dozen vehicles in my lifetime. He was pleasant, giving of his time and expertise, and we felt that we had his full interest and attention every step of the process. He was also genuinely invested in helping to assure that my wife and I got what we wanted at a fair price, without any haggling. I would sincerely recommend Colin to all. In addition, the dealership is beautiful and every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. A pleasure to deal with these folks. I also have a vehicle in for service and my service advisor, Scott Buchanon is top notch....taking plenty of time to explain the repair issues and pricing estimates. The service department itself is as clean as a five-star restaurant kitchen. Totally top-drawer. Even the tech was available to explain the repair issues and make recommendations. More

Exceptional staff.....dedicated and professional I leased a 2018 GLA 250 SUV.... My sales associate was Colin Grindley. Colin could not have been more helpful. He certainly knows his product and took his time to educate me and my husband about the car I was leasing. I had the car for two weeks and had a significant problem arise. The car just lost power. The service department did an outstanding job of swiftly locating the problem.,.taking a picture of same so they could explain the situation to me. Everyone I came in contact with during this ordeal were very professional, very reassuring and very respectful. The car runs beautifully and I am enjoying having it. I would not hesitate to encourage anyone who is interested in a Mercedes to go to Mercedes Benz of Bonita. It is a lovely, state of the art, dealership with exceptional personnel. More
