Was told by salesman that lift kit on Toyota was factory installed. That is incorrect it is aftermarket installed but did not show on Car Fax report that was aftermarket installed. Test drive was on local r installed. That is incorrect it is aftermarket installed but did not show on Car Fax report that was aftermarket installed. Test drive was on local roads so we did not know how the vehicle drove at interstate speed. The after market lift affects the steering and stability on the drive. Salesman advised us that he would have the scuff mark buffed out and have it detailed if we would bring vehicle back. We asked for second key and salesperson advised he would call prior owner to get it. I called yesterday 3/12 as salesman never called me back. He forgot about buffing out vehicle. I asked about the key and advised no owners Manuel. He advised he would find out about the second key and get us an owners manual. No mention about getting scuff marks buffed out or vehicle detailed. I know it was a used vehicle and we bought it as is but given incorrect information about the lift on vehicle is upsetting as we would not have purchased it had we known. More
