Everyone I dealt with was helpful and courteous . I wish I had been told upfront that I would incurr no cost for the repair, I assumed no cost since I had not had the car a month yet and was new . The service department is good and doesn't seem to try and talk you into unnecessary repairs. They do send you a short video clip of areas they touch on with comments. the service department here is great! always do a thorough job on my vehicle, anytime i call with a concern they always get me in which i appreciate immensely, always explain what they di always do a thorough job on my vehicle, anytime i call with a concern they always get me in which i appreciate immensely, always explain what they did to locate the issue and correct it!
