John really came to my aid when I needed to replace my inspection stickers following having to replace my windshield. I forgot to bring the copy of the receipt for the new windshield and he allowed me to inspection stickers following having to replace my windshield. I forgot to bring the copy of the receipt for the new windshield and he allowed me to have Safelite email him a copy so that he had all the proper documentation to replace the inspection stickers on my vehicle. He saved me and I am always appreciative for John as he has been there for me before. He is an exceptional Service Manager. More
