I think Collin Miranda has been my Service Advisor for more than 10 years. He is great! He is always very professional, thorough, friendly, and patient. He gives honest advice on service and is easy to more than 10 years. He is great! He is always very professional, thorough, friendly, and patient. He gives honest advice on service and is easy to talk with. He also remembers his customers' preferences. I am still grateful for how he reserved a loaner for me last year that was exactly the same as the Crosstrek I drive (even being white!) because he remembered I was uncomfortable driving larger cars. I always call Collin when I need to have service done, but I'd like to add that I have been very happy with all the personnel in the Gerald Subaru Service Dept. More

Collin and Donna were great. They both listened to my concerns and showed genuine interest in finding solutions. Serviced both of our Outbacks today. Cars were delivered before promised. Collin was great for this service appointment. He explained what to expect, and we were comfortable with it. Since it was going to take a while, we went to get some food.
