Colin Miranda has been my service advisor since 2011. He is personable and knowledgeable about Subaru’s. Colin works with my schedule to set up an appointment, especially if it involves more than one day. I is personable and knowledgeable about Subaru’s. I have purchased all 3 of my Foresters from Gerald. Mike O'Brien sold me my 2019 and the process couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Chuck and Colin have gone above and beyond time and again in taking care of my car's needs....from service to dings to buffing out scratches. They are pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or pressured, and I value their experience and skills. I had several issues with my previous 2 Foresters (heat shield and transmission), but everything was fixed or replaced satisfactorily and I had no further problems. I truly appreciate the Gerald guarantee. So far the 2019 is running perfectly at a year old. This one I want to keep for awhile....maybe past my typical 60,000 miles. I couldn't be happier with Gerald Subaru. They have a customer for life in me. More
