I took up approx 30 mins of Colton’s time, paid cash at full asking price, and went on my way. I realize that I bought a used car and I signed that nothing was promised. However, as I was getting in the car to leave I realized there were no car mats. Colton was changing my tag at the time and told me they were in the back. He was standing there and I took his word for it. When I got home there was no mats in the back. I contacted Colton and he blew me off.
I spent $70k and wasn’t even offered anything to make it right. I would’ve not taken delivery until it was addressed. Being that you are a Toyota dealer and Colton lied to me the fix would’ve been easy. Just crappy service to not even try to rectify it.

The staff inside the preowned part of the dealership were very nice to my daughter and I, and we felt welcomed. I ended up purchasing the vehicle. The sales rep kindly filled the vehicle with a full tank of gas upon purchase. The vehicle came with 2 keys, but I was only sent home with 1 key. I guess the other key was misplaced at the dealership during our transaction. I wasn't offered a 2nd key even after advising the dealership that I only received 1 key. I was pretty disappointed about that. The vehicle was clean but had dog hair in it and smelled a little like dog. The salesman did offer to schedule a detail for me, but I declined because the dealership is 40 mins from my home. The vehicle had been at the dealership a week before I purchased it. I feel like the detail should have been done prior to showing it to a customer. Even with a few disappointments, I am pleased with the vehicle I purchased.
