Our experience was great from the start. Connie was our sales person and she was very friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove. Our 6 year old grandson was very talkative that Connie was our sales person and she was very friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove. Our 6 year old grandson was very talkative that day and Connie treated him so sweet. She explained the process every step of the way. Jessie was also very helpful and reassuring regarding financing and assured us all would be taken care of the following morning when we had to return for the vehicle. Due to obligation of our own we couldn't wait for same day. Stewart was who we met with the following morning. He too was so friendly and very helpful at explaining the paperwork. He went above and beyond in helping us with a tricky DMV issue which was a big relief to us both. Dona Holiday was great as well, she made sure we were good every step of the way. Overall, we honestly felt as if we had known each employee personally , that's how comfortable they made us. I would say you have an excellent pool of employees, we couldn't be happier and will absolutely recommend Gosh Temecula.
