Awesome Customer Service by Connie and Dana We have been researching cars for some time and decided it was going to be the Fusion Energi, now we just had to find a dealer. After a terrible pho We have been researching cars for some time and decided it was going to be the Fusion Energi, now we just had to find a dealer. After a terrible phone experience with a competitor, we looked up the sales team for a Rancho on line. Then we picked Connie so that we had a name to ask for when we drove onto the lot. Connie greated us and showed us the couple of models left on the lot. Her team leader Dana, then explained the benefits of leasing and how we could get the larger rebate and still accomplish what we wanted to do. Since the car we wanted was not on their lot, they went to work locating the exact car we wanted....and by the next evening, we were driving it home! This was the best experience ever...no pressure...ever! Thank you Connie....we are so happy to have found you at Rancho Ford! More
