Consuela is super helpful a joy to deal with and will recommend Wayne acres based completely on my interaction with her. My truck infotainment system isn't working since recall service was performed no callback from service manager. Impossible to get a hold of anyone at dealership. Always have issues since a purchased. Can' service was performed no callback from service manager. Impossible to get a hold of anyone at dealership. Always have issues since a purchased. Can't trust that oil changed was performed because they didnt update sticker or reset settings. Had to check oil myself to be sure it was changed. Disgusted with the entire service center. Maybe bad review will have shop manager callback finally. Also Ford installs cheap brakes that squeak after 15k miles and claim this is normal. More

Horrible place and worst service. Beside the asvisor who i understand her as i was an advisor myself. Double dipping on repair orders trying to scam and over charge customers who clearly knows how the system works. No sense of customer service and customer s need first. No willing to cooperate and make customer happy. To top off the visit, paid for a service that they did not complete leaving my rear ac console apart with no ac and me having to youtube the fix. Maybe i should ve save that money and let s offer you a free rotation of the tire they just did and failed to inform my front tires were in the yellow zone. Maybe they company s goal on CP is not hight or maybe they just dont care about customer safety. More
