I have purchased a vehicle in 1/10/2024 and shopping experience was good. Not stellar but I couldn't complain about it. direct, to the point, expedite. That was the good part. To this day I have not received the license plates, currently running with the second extension of temporary tags obtained with much efforts and wasted time but not before being forced to inspect the vehicle- that in itself a messy process-and all along the sales departament, title clerk, manager Cooper Bassett blaming GM for lack of response on MSO document error with no timeframe offered. GM opened a case to investigate it and the inspector assigned concluded that the resolve rests with the dealership. When will this drama end? More

Thanks to Mr. Tom Skinners's personal involvement, the 3 months long wait ended up today. Might have been a system glitch more rare than a unicorn, totally unpleasant but in the past now. He followed diligently and I appreciate his help in resolving the case. Gabriel.
