I would also include the service department representative Corey in the equation because he’s taken care of all my inquiries pertaining to my Murano that I purchased about 18 months prior to purchasing the New 2025 Kicks S for my daughter and her little family. The dealership and the service workers are very easy to work with. They are kind. However. the maintenance is far overpriced and literally a sham. My vehicle was in the bay for nearly 3 hours for a repair work with. They are kind. However. the maintenance is far overpriced and literally a sham. My vehicle was in the bay for nearly 3 hours for a repair that took less than half an hour. I realize that the maintenance chart may say that the repair is a 2.5 hour repair. But you should be aware that people's time is valuable and not rob them of their time as well as their money. More
