I thought everything was in place as said it would be when we went in to look at truck. They said they would have it sitting out front and ready when we got there and it was, that was nice. There was one draw back after we bought the truck and walked out to the truck to leave. They handed me the 2 key/fobs for the truck, I must have switched to the one that we didn't use the whole time because the fob I tried didn't work. It would start the truck but WOULDN'T lock or unlock the doors. This was actually before we even got into to leave. My salesperson looked at it but couldn't get it to work either. He told me he would call me about what he finds out about it. I heard back from him the next day and he told me unfortunately they said they couldn't do anything about it. This is the first vehicle that we have ever purchased from a dealership that only has 1 key/fob. More
