Accommodating to our requests, like putting our prospective vehicle up on the service department lift so we could examine the vehicle's undercarriage. We cancelled plans to meet with the contractor renovating our Winchester, VA, home (@ 300-mile drive from dealership) and left at 1:30 a.m. the day after the price drop in case someone else got there first.
