I would rate Cory a 0 if that was an option. Recall on my 2021 Bronco. Also my CarPlay was messed up. My son told him that Ford told him the recall would fix the CarPlay. First Cory did diagn Recall on my 2021 Bronco. Also my CarPlay was messed up. My son told him that Ford told him the recall would fix the CarPlay. First Cory did diagnostic on my bronco and did not tell me it cost $149 until afterwards and I had to call him to fix the recall ( the reason it was there in the first place). When I asked him why he didn’t tell me a diagnostic would cosy$149 he said “well we’re not gonna do it for free”. Very unprofessional and rude. I will not go back. Remember word of mouth goes a long way! More

Last week I had my truck in at this dealership to try and diagnose an issue that's been ongoing for a little while. After 4 days of them basically driving my truck to figure nothing out they charged me $150. diagnose an issue that's been ongoing for a little while. After 4 days of them basically driving my truck to figure nothing out they charged me $150. Jacob told me to bring it back when it throws a check engine light and it will be free of charge. A week later check engine comes on so I take it back and let Corey know at the front desk what Jacob and I had discussed before and he said "okay". I told him unfortunately I don't have 4 days to leave it there for obvious reasons. He then said "im going to pull it in as soon as we are done here" time goes by about 1pm I call back to check in on how things was going and they had said we haven't pulled it in yet but ill have someone pull it in now. All for a quick scan...smh. calls back with a different issue that's unrelated to my previous problem. Told them not to fix it and wanted to make sure it was still free of charge. So he basically said it was a different issue than what I took it in for to begin with so it would be another $150. This was after a back and fourth of "he said, she said" he even asked Corey at the front desk if I had said anything about a check engine light, when i did. So he (jacob) was basically saying him and I never had that conversation and nothing was ever brought up about a check engine light after HE told me to bring it back in once it check engines again. Corey did not even look at me when I went back to pick it up. Not to mention after the fact a buddy of mine had the same issue with this place about his turbo needing replaced, he fixed it himself and turns out that was never the issue so he basically spent $3,000 for nothing. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Stay FAR FAR away. More

Whites service was recommended to me by two friends and this was my first visit. I had a wheel alignment check and adjustment the same day while I waited. The staff answered all my questions and I thought this was my first visit. I had a wheel alignment check and adjustment the same day while I waited.
