We had found Nissan Rogues cheaper elsewhere online. However we sat down with Corey, and he immediately made us feel welcome, and did not give us any undue sense or pressure to buy a car. We test drove a few different Rogues, and once we informed him we had found cheaper cars online, Jason and Alex got involved, and actually went below the price of the other car! Not only that, we were very picky about the state of the car, and wrote a laundry list of of things we were hoping they could fix. Alex went a long way towards putting our minds at ease, and said he would do everything in his power to make the car look brand new. They were able to address all our concerns, and very quickly! The car looked amazing. I would highly recommend this place. More

The best part, though, was the friendly, no nonsense, above board service provided by Corey Ragusa. We didn’t feel like we were being “sold”, as is the case with some dealerships. Corey listened to what we wanted and produced, price and all. We didn’t have to spend an entire day sitting in the dealership! When we came back to pick up the car, everything was ready for us and Ryan Furbush took us through the electronics quickly and easily. Financing by Carl Tagliamonte was hassle free and friendly as well. That’s the way we like to buy our cars! More

Surprisingly satisfied with all my requirements met. I arrived with my list of conditions for a low mileage, fair priced, pre-owned Nissan Altima in tip top condition. I announced, “I have only one hour to spend here.” As luck would have it, the General Sales Manager, Stephen Gerbino was within earshot. He said, “ I think we have a car that would be a perfect fit for you.” I was then introduced to Corey Ragusa, Sales Consultant. In retrospect, I can see I spoke rather abruptly stating, ”I have one hour”. “Show me a automobile I like, then and only then can we discuss cost, etc. etc.” Corey was completely patient, upbeat, and understanding, making sure I had everything I wanted. All my expertaions, plus, were met within my hour time frame. They did have the perfect car for me! As a bonus the manager came out of his office and said, “If ever there is anything you need or something I can help with, please take my card and call me anytime.” I’m thrilled with my purchase, thanks to the professionalism at Kelly’s Nissan in Lynnfield. I plan to recommend their dealership to all my friends. More

Both Corey and Shand worked very hard to make sure I was in the best situation for not only my budget, but for the future appreciation of the vehicle I am now driving. I just love these guys! Up front I must say we were very happy with our vehicles. But more importantly was the actual total buying experience from walking through the door, looking at vehicles, financing and actually leaving the lot the same day with a new vehicle. As I am sure you know its the people in your employ that are the stars of any successful enterprise, and you have some mighty fine folks working for you. While I have checked off the names below there was one name I did not see because he has relocated to one of your sites in Woburn, MA. His name was Bret De Rosier, who not only was very professional but went out of his way to locate an additional key for the Sorrento we drove off with last summer. Additionally, I would like to call out Ray Ferguson, who was just outstanding with regard to financing, warranties etc... Most recently today as we had to replace the vehicle that was lost in an accident over the Thanksgiving Holiday. He could not do enough for us. Also Carl Tagliamonte, with whom we worked with way back on our very first visit to Lynn, made us feel special. Today we had the pleasure of working with Corey Ragusa, again so professional, accommodating and knowledgeable with respect to what we were looking for and the vehicles he recommended.
