I bought the Jeep in November, the day after I noticed some things the following morning. First I was told that they would be addressed the second week in January, when I called to make my appointment I some things the following morning. First I was told that they would be addressed the second week in January, when I called to make my appointment I was told I would have to wait until February 1st Diana was great on the service side but there are other things that have to be addressed. I thought that I would have gotten a call but I have not received one yet. Once my issues are addressed and rectified I will probably feel a little better with my Security experience. More

Brought my car in that I purchased in April 2023 2x a for the same issue that they just put a bandaid on brought it back for no heat.. kept my my for 2 weeks and told me it needs a heater core and it’s not c the same issue that they just put a bandaid on brought it back for no heat.. kept my my for 2 weeks and told me it needs a heater core and it’s not covered and will cost 3,000 dollars! Called corporate and no help! Picked up my car and went to a mechanic and was charged 1,000 and I have heat!! I will never ever go back to Security Dodge they give u the run around!! More

I bought a beautiful RAM 1500 at the dealership and the salesperson was not great. The Vehicle did not have a brake controller which I told the salesperson I needed. The salesperson said it would only be $ salesperson was not great. The Vehicle did not have a brake controller which I told the salesperson I needed. The salesperson said it would only be $400.00, I confirmed it would be with installation. He also promised that I would have a loaner for the day since I would be leaving it for the day. He ordered the part and it took 2 weeks to get the part in the shop. When I got to the dealership I was told that the service manager had declined my loaner(even though it was promised). They did offer me an Uber back and forth. After 6 hours they called me and told me that the total service to install the brake controller would be over $1,200.00!!!! I told them that the salesperson had told me it would $400.00 with installation. The service rep told me he had spoken with the salesperson and he had said that he had never said that. The service rep told me that I should have gotten it in writing. This feels like typical used salesperson tactics promising and then denying what was promised. I took it to another RAM dealership and they charged me $600.00 with parts and labor. This is truly not the way to treat a repeat customer. I have bought and leased 3 different cars over the last 8 years and after this experience I will never buy another car from Security Dodge. More

They advertise car for one price and then add 2k on top of it when you get there. Not to mention I have A1 credit and they gave me a higher interest rate. Otherwise.
