Immediate Attention! My wife had hit a large hunk of metal on the freeway and cracked one of her wheels and tore up her tire. She limped in to the dealership on Thursday afternoon. She has a 2019 Tiguan SEL R line Black package that have special wheels and we thought this was going to take some time. They took her Tiguan and gave her a loaner so she wasn't driving on her spare. The very next day we got a call telling us her Tiguan was ready! New matching tire, new matching wheel and a front end alignment. Thank you Cory and your staff for the great service! More

I was greeted by friendly service personnel who wanted to know my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with their recommendations. I met 3 separate service folks as well as the service department director. All were extremely helpful and acted like they wanted me there because I was important to them. I will make sure I continue to take my service needs to this dealer. More

Over the top experience! From the moment pulling in to the driveway and the porters directing me started the 5?? Service! Met with Arlen (who would be my service consultant) From the moment pulling in to the driveway and the porters directing me started the 5?? Service! Met with Arlen (who would be my service consultant) to Cory Goodman (Service Manager) who both greeted my wife & I. Listened to my concern (as I was on a road trip) assured me they would do their best to get a quick Diagnosis (and by a Senior Master Tech too!) and have a seat in the great waiting area and I’d hear back shortly. Shortly was FAST, as I received a really cool video from the tech showing additional items he felt I should be aware of as well as completely addressing my original concern. Stated the information would be given to the service consultant who would give me the expense & time breakdown for the work shortly (again- light speed coordination here). The parts needed would be there later that day and since they knew I was on a road trip to L.A., a rental car (beautiful too) was offered and arraignments were made for me to leave a credit card with them and all would be taken care of before coming back. I came back Sunday (service was closed) but they had my car ready - washed - and the keys were with the sales manager Steve Smith who was already aware. So impressed with the seamless coordination between every department and every level of staff! And the lady who handled my rental (should have got her name too) was just as amazing. TEAM here truly stands for - Together Everyone Achieves More!!?????????? Service More

Always Helpful I bought my first brand new car through this dealership and they had the best price I found for the particular vehicle I was looking to buy. I have I bought my first brand new car through this dealership and they had the best price I found for the particular vehicle I was looking to buy. I have had a few kinks to work out with this vehicle over the time that I have put 40,000 miles on it. There is a VW dealer and service center within 2 miles of our house but my husband and I prefer Capo VW and are willing to drive 31 miles for their superior service! They have found and fixed every problem and have always rented us a comparable vehicle. More
