Always responsive. Every time I go for service, I am quickly greeted by a service person who learns what I need and speedily helps me. I even go in to have my tire pressure adjusted and rbey whisk my car away and have it back in 10 minutes. Last time I was in, I had a slow leaking tire, one id replaced 5 months before. My service technician gave me a cost of $420 and it would take about 2 hours if I wanted to wait. I chose to wait and when he came and got me after only one hour fifteen minutes (underpromise/overdeliver) he had checked my tire warranty and I was only responsible to pay for the labor, $74! I was very happy with that. These guys run an efficient, friendly business. More

Cory McCombs Was the representative who handled my transaction and completely explained the features and how to use them. He has always guided and advised mt during the entire period of my three year lease. Because we were always treated with courtesy, respect, and assistance when needed, we contacted him upon lease expiration to lease a new C 300 from him at the dealership. During the three years of our first least, MBLN service personnel were always ready and willing to provide great service. I am so impressed with every aspect of this dealership. As most shoppers know or come to know, the purchase of a vehicle is generally a painful, and grueling experience ! It was a welcome and refreshing experience to not have over zealous and aggressive sales personnel do everything possible to sell you a vehicle. the purchase or lease of any vehicle is going to be a time consuming process. Questionable Ethics and Integrity I question the ethics and business practices of this "prestige" Mercedes dealership. After working out a deal via email, I drove almost 2 hours to thi I question the ethics and business practices of this "prestige" Mercedes dealership. After working out a deal via email, I drove almost 2 hours to this dealership. I was greeted by Cory with "this car was leased to another person and was returned to us due to fraud." This person took possession of the car for several days and racked up 300+ miles. I couldn't figure out how many days exactly because Cory and Jane (sales manager) couldn't get their stories straight with anything. No where in the emails or telephone conversation did Cory say this was a used car. He waited until I came to the dealership thinking I didn't want to leave empty handed. I also don't appreciate the aggressive attitude from Cory when I expressed my concern regarding the used vehicle. He proceeded to say this was my fault for not asking the right questions. And the guilt trip about all the time it took you to get these numbers. You're a salesman and this is your job. Extremely unprofessional and not what I expect from a luxury brand. Not to mention the filthy condition the car was in when I got to the dealership. They didn't bother to clean it when they confiscated it from the fraudster. I will never do business with this dealer and will spread the word about the integrity of this dealership and salesman. More
