Over 5 hours to lease a car that was supposed to be a done deal before I left home subject to the inspection of my 23 Santa Fe(read the message threads between me and your people). I ended up with a non hybrid vehicle and didn’t even get a cargo net and or cover. We were so tired after the five plus hour ordeal we didn’t check until home. You would think after 6 vehicles bought or leased from Jenkins since 2012 we would have been treated better. Very subpar experience. More
