Dodge extended the warranty for the bracket holding the gas tank on and I took my truck to Herb Chambers. The service department was outstanding! They took the truck in in one day and had the work done in gas tank on and I took my truck to Herb Chambers. The service department was outstanding! They took the truck in in one day and had the work done in just 2 days. Not only was the bracket replaced, but they also did a multi check, washed and vacuumed my truck! All at no charge. I am extremely happy with their service!! More

My worst car buying experience ever. Was misinformed on multiple occasions. Was told car would be ready on Thursday. It was not. Was told we could transfer plates .we did but still had t Was misinformed on multiple occasions. Was told car would be ready on Thursday. It was not. Was told we could transfer plates .we did but still had to get new plates mailed to us. Could not get sticker until new plates came in so they put a temp plate and was told we could get a sticker . We could not A lot of time wasted running back n forth Because of false information Also had an appt for finance and it tool multiple hours due to them trying to sell us stuff we didn’t need or want . We are also told they would put car mats in and they did not. if you shop here expect to be told ANYTHING to get you to buy there auto. Warranty for 5 years was over 8,000 with a 100$ deductible. When plates came in we went back for sticker. Car was rejected due to salesmen zip tie the plate to the car. THEY MUST BE BOLTED So this process to over 2 hours to get a sticker . I went back to see where my car is and it had been sitting in the lot all done no one bothered to tell me it was ready. Also they would not budge on price of car or warranty cost. Be ware before you sign anything and get everything in writing. Promise s are not kept. More
