My journey began a couple of years ago when I went to my local BMW dealership for assistance in locating a BMW with particular specifications. The sales rep was dismissive and told me I was “looking for a unicorn.” Turns out I wasn’t, as I found my “unicorn” at the Danbury Pre-Owned Center in Danbury, CT. Daniel Putzig was fantastic to work with long-distance (I’m in Salt Lake City). From fielding my questions, assisting my mechanical inspector, helping to arrange vehicle transportation, and communicating through the whole process. It was a pleasure working with Daniel and Danbury Pre-Owned Center, and I love my automobile. More

The staff is friendly and they create a helpful dynamic that is pleasant but not obtrusive. Sitting at Derrick’s desk I felt my anxiety level go way down as we started our transaction. I am quite sure the cappuccino helped a lot! More
