I tried texting the rep and asked him about the status, barely responded, told him i’m finishing work in 30 minutes, had to wait for an additional hour for his reply/excuse. Brought a mailed in coupon that was $25, at payment time, they applied $10 only because “that’s the inly one i have in the system”, despite taking and keeping my $25 coupon. We’ve been bringing both our cars here for years but the last two or three times the car wash has been broken or we didn’t get one.
