The master mechanics, formen and techs are TERRIBLE. I went to the shop for a coolant issue, then it turned into an oil leak and the car was there for several weeks. Took the car home and everything s I went to the shop for a coolant issue, then it turned into an oil leak and the car was there for several weeks. Took the car home and everything seemed ok. The next morning I started the car and heard ticking, clicking etc., Took the car back and a few weeks later found out I had a camshaft issue; REALLY!!! I have regular service performed according to the manufacturer's recommendations and all of a sudden, I've got all these other issues. I only have 67,000 miles on my 2014 Audi 4. I'm so disappointed in my experiences I will never take my vehicle back to this stealership. Just as an FYI for the coolant and oil issue, I paid over $3,000. Horrible experience and my car still isn't running properly. I don't blame my service advisor for the poor service, but she should make sure that she takes care of the client, meaning she should have made sure everything that was done was done with care and precision. More

I think this service department is professional and knowledgeable. I have never been dissatisfied with the service rendered to my A8L. I have always gotten it back better than it went in. Only bad is the hour rate has nearly reached $200 per hour. That is too much! More

Worst exprience with this dealership, not polite and profictional, they play and try to total loss your car, don't go! The service adviser doesn't do anything for any services while you are there, and profictional, they play and try to total loss your car, don't go! The service adviser doesn't do anything for any services while you are there, and she will ask you to contact wherever they bring your car to dicuss with them, so she isn't advise anything at all because they ask you to sign a paper they can fullt charge your car and getting it repair whereever they want and charge 150 per day for storage if you decieded not repair your car there, but the fact is they don't give you an estimate untill you ask! Really really bad exprience, I went ask for their manager, but even bad exprience ! More
