Somewhat Satisfied I was pretty disappointed, as when I went into the dealership, I was looking at a compass. I was never offered to drive the vehicle that I originally I was pretty disappointed, as when I went into the dealership, I was looking at a compass. I was never offered to drive the vehicle that I originally looked at. When I walked in to discuss finance options, I saw a Renegade on the showroom floor that was used. I then sparked an interest in the Renegade. When I was told I was approved, and to take a test drive, they brought me a dirty Cherokee with a lot of miles on it, and it was downgrading from the vehicle that I currently had. I told them that I was not interested, and then quickly they jumped into action to finance me on the Renegade. Like why couldn't they do that to begin with instead of wasting my time. They later came back and was like I might be able to get you into a brand new Renegade ... HMM want me to drive a dirty Cherokee, and when I said no, you go to brand new????? I spent 5 hours there and ended up with the Renegade that I totally LOVE, but I felt that things could of been handled better and my time could have been shortened by listening to me as the customer and to not just "make a sale". I never go a chance to drive or see the Compass in which I was interested in, which was very disappointing as well. I do want to say that when I was signing off on my paperwork, Craig was very detailed and explained everything to me. Craig was awesome More

Noah was very patient the entire time. Noah & Jamie were able to find me the vehicle I wanted from another dealership with everything I wanted with the exception of no CD player. (Bring back CD players) Everyone laughed when I asked about them about CD players in vehicles. I most definitely will be suggesting my family and friends to go to Taylor for their vehicle purchases.
