Finance guy didn’t give us the esp plan we wanted, also didn’t give us the lowest financial rate. Had to go back 3 times to get what we wanted. Then after leaving we say that he never signed the sale agree didn’t give us the lowest financial rate. Had to go back 3 times to get what we wanted. Then after leaving we say that he never signed the sale agreement. Also how they dated the first payment didn’t make sense. Had to go to the bank to initial the sale agreement with the correct date. We were Denny’s 1 st sale as that was his 2nd day. The Dealership has called and turned things around for us. More
