I thought I purchased a car from here, but 30 some days later, they wanted it back, because I changed jobs in the middle of a transaction. They also said something was wrong with my check stubs. He sent someone to come pick up the vehicle from me and so far I asked for my deposit back and hasn’t seen proof that it was reversed. Kevin told me at first that he’ll issue it once the vehicle is back on the lot and once I contacted him another time, he said he’ ll issue it once the service department finish checking it out. Yall had the vehicle since yesterday where’s my refund? This should have been taking care of. I guess further steps is needed…You don’t play with people hard earned money… More

Sales and negotiating of final deal was fine. When it came to signing final papers I felt that I was disrespected by the finance lady in the manner that the extended warranty was presented. I was talked down to because I chose not to take it. Multiple times I was questioned on if I knew how many onboard computers a car has, my knowledge of fixing those computer's, and then I was questioned if I owned the required equipment to repair such computers. I didn’t take kindly to the way I was as treated. This type of strategy may work on others to sign up for the extended warranty but not me. For this is the reason if asked I will not be sending any potential car buyers to your dealership. Please do not get in further contact with me. Thank you. More
