I knew what I wanted, the sales rep Mark listened, and made it painless as possible. Most of the transaction took place before I arrived. Selection, pre-approval and credit check, etc. On arrival I saw the new car, did the rest of the paperwork, and was out the door within about an hour. And their service center is actually a pleasure to deal with for oil changes, etc. Highly recommend. More
