My Sales Person Craig Edwards was quite knowledgeable and was more interested in what type of car I wanted and intently listened to me rather that just sell me "any" car just to make a deal. The car I wanted was not available but he was able to find just the right vehicle for me and I am quite satisfied. The entire lease process was painless and quite fast my thanks to Jamie and Josh for their help ind closing the deal and making my Lease experience an exceptionally memorable one. Oil change service I scheduled an appointment for my oil change,the service staff was nice and friendly,but I wasn’t to happy for a 2hour time quote with an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for my oil change,the service staff was nice and friendly,but I wasn’t to happy for a 2hour time quote with an appointment.I had requested my tires to be adjusted to 40 psi,it wasn’t done😕and then the tech left a smudge of oil on my fender.The customer waiting lounge is nice with coffee and water and snacks.That I appreciate,and it also gave me an opportunity to see the newest vehicles available on the showroom...btw the service advisor that the appointment was with wasn’t there.I don’t recall his name ,the vehicle was done in 90 minutes. I spoke with Craig about prices on a new car,his help and internet team were nice and thorough More
