I was born in Redondo Beach, CA and moved to Colorado while in 6th grade. I lived next to the highest flat-top mountain in the United States with over 300 lakes. I moved back to California in the late 1980s and have been working in the automotive industry for over 20 years. I could work anywhere, but because of the transparency in the way we, at Toyota of Lancaster, disclose everything up front, I would not consider working anywhere else. Honesty is the best policy.

Fantastic experience from the Internet Sales Team to the selection of the car. Very different experience than other dealerships I have been to in the past. Best pricing in Southern California with no ridiculous dealer add on fees. They were very thorough in walking me through the car and insisted I test drive the vehicle, even after I decided I wanted to pur dealer add on fees. Service was good but damaged my tint This is the 2nd time I had my car serviced for regular oil change maintenance. The first one is okay but on the second one somehow they damaged the st This is the 2nd time I had my car serviced for regular oil change maintenance. The first one is okay but on the second one somehow they damaged the strip tint on upper part of the windshield. I think when they removed the old oil change sticker reminder, they might have used a sharp object to remove it. Its not a big damage its just a small hole but still they should be careful when servicing any vehicle. More
